Traveling through Cannes and exotic locations all of his life, he was always enjoying the finest cuisine, chefs special tables and private events fit for royalty. Tsar initiated professional studies into the professional standards of food manufacture in pursuit of his intervention – Low carb flour- patent pending. He is particularly committed to ensuring healthy food is made mass produced so that there is no longer a barrier for health and wellness that only money can afford. His philanthropy is dedicated to low glycemic index options for impoverished persons and particularly finding a cure for diabetes and health initiatives for juvenile diabetics worldwide.
